Agile Lean Europe Unconference on a Boat — Kids-Friendly Agile Adventures
No Agenda, No Problem — How Open Space, Workshops, and Whiskey Made Waves in Budapest
I’m back with the latest on ALE, Agile Lean Europe, where this year’s unconference happened on a ship. Yep, a concert venue turned into a floating Agile fest.
If you’re wondering what an unconference is — don’t worry, I’ll explain. It’s like a conference, just without an agenda!
Oh, and ALE is kid-friendly too, with sessions and activities for families. My son came back all contento.
Before all that, we kicked things off with a Day 0 full of Kanban workshops!
What’s more, thanks to ALE’s networking Peter Götz and I we’ll run an APK, Applying Professional Kanban course in person in Munich! Join us in December to learn how to apply Kanban in a German brewery surrounded by the Xmas markets!
Oops, I moved to Substack — https://mariachec.substack.com/
Join me there and I’ll break it all down. Let’s get into it!
